The AeroPress is a favorite among coffee enthusiasts for a reason. It’s versatile, fast, and capable of producing a clean cup with rich flavor.

Whether you’re brewing at home, at work, or while traveling, the AeroPress is a reliable way to make great coffee with just a few tools.

What You'll Need

Before you start brewing, gather your tools:

• AeroPress
• Kettle
• Grinder
• Scale
• Mug
• Fresh SQ1 Coffee

Brew Guide: AeroPress

Follow these steps for a smooth, flavorful cup.

1. Add Coffee

Add 15 grams of finely ground SQ1 coffee to the AeroPress and level the coffee bed.

2. Bloom the Coffee

Pour 35 grams of water over the coffee and let it bloom for 30 seconds.

3. Stir

Give the coffee a quick stir to fully saturate the grounds.

4. Add More Water

Continue pouring until you reach 225 grams of water total.

5. Stir Again

Give the coffee another gentle stir to ensure even extraction.

6. Attach the Cap

Place the AeroPress cap on top and allow the coffee to steep.

7. Steep

Let the coffee steep for 2:45 after the bloom (about 3:15 total brew time).

8. Flip and Press

Carefully flip the AeroPress onto a carafe or mug and press slowly until the coffee is fully extracted.

9. Serve and Enjoy

Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
