Great coffee is for everyone. We mean that literally: every body, every ability, every way of using the web. If any part of this shop is hard for you to use, that is a problem we want to hear about, and one we will fix.
Our commitment
We build and test this site to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the widely used standard for web accessibility. We do not claim perfection, and we will not pretend a badge is the same thing as the work. What we do claim: accessibility is part of how this site is designed, built, and reviewed, not an afterthought.
What we do
- Design and build to WCAG 2.1 AA as our target standard.
- Support full keyboard navigation: everything you can click, you can reach and operate with a keyboard.
- Support screen readers with semantic headings, labeled controls, alt text on meaningful images, and announced status changes.
- Maintain readable color contrast and text that scales with your browser settings.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences: animations calm down when your system asks them to.
- Caption or describe video content where it carries information.
- Audit the site on an ongoing basis, with both automated checks and human keyboard-and-screen-reader passes, and fix what the audits find.

When you write, it helps to mention the page you were on and what happened, but "your site would not let me check out" is plenty. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
