Fresh first

Your coffee is roasted to order in Lancaster, PA. The roast date is printed on the bag. That is not an accident, it is a receipt.

When orders ship

Our team works Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Orders placed before 5pm Eastern are processed the same day and ship within two business days. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday or over the weekend get processed when we are back on Monday.

The moment your order ships, you get an email with tracking so you can follow it from our roastery to your door.

Rates and free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you ordered and where it is going. Orders over $45 ship free.

Local pickup

Prefer to skip shipping? Choose local pickup and grab your order at our cafe at 145 N Duke Street, Lancaster, PA 17602. Same processing time applies; instead of shipping it, we drive it to the cafe at the end of the workday and email you when it is ready with pickup instructions. Cafe hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm, weekends 8am to 7pm.

Delays and lost packages

Seasonal weather, big promotions, and public holidays can add time to handling and delivery, so allow a little extra in those windows. If tracking has clearly stalled or a package is lost, contact us and we will reship or refund per our refund policy. You will never be left to fight a carrier alone.

Wrong address

If you catch an address mistake, email us as fast as you can and we will try to fix it before the label prints. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, contact us and we will work out the fix together.
