Deluminator
Our darkest roast coffee from Central America with subtle hints of molasses and smoke. Very low acidity that reminds us of oranges.
Deluminator is our darkest roast using beans from Central America. Roasted just a touch darker than our popular Sweet Street blend, this dark roast coffee delivers rich, deep flavors with subtle hints of smoke—perfect for dark roast enthusiasts who want specialty coffee quality without the burnt, over-roasted taste of commodity dark roasts.
Deluminator works beautifully across all brewing methods—from French press and drip coffee to espresso and cold brew. This versatile dark roast stands up well to milk and sugar, while still offering enough complexity to enjoy black.

Proof you can check.
We buy direct from people we know. Carolina's family grows our Colombia Mina Rica in Antioquia and delivers it to the roastery themselves. Every bag we ship has the roast date printed on it, so you never have to guess how old your coffee is.
