How to Gift:

1. Choose who to send it to and how.
2. Complete the purchase at checkout.
3. The recipient will receive the gift as an email.
4. The recipient can redeem the class and pick their preferred date and time from that email.

This class further explores espresso extraction.

Students will develop their palate as they taste several different ways a barista can over-extract and under-extract a shot of espresso. Each student will have an opportunity to spend extended time on the espresso machine to practice dialing the espresso in to predetermined parameters.

**Completion of Espresso 101 is a prerequisite for this class**
