Brew it however you like
The Podium is built to be forgiving. Drip machine, pour over, french press, espresso, it lands smooth in all of them. Pick your grind above and we'll grind it for your setup, or go whole bean and grind at home.
Shipping + freshness
We roast five days a week and ship your bag right after it's roasted, with the roast date printed on it. Coffee is best between days 3 and 14. Subscribers always ship free, and one-time orders ship free over $55.

In August 2026 an independent panel in Houston tasted coffees from invited roasters across the US and Canada. Double blind. No names, no labels, no roaster on the cup. Nine of our coffees came back recognized, eleven placements in all: one Gold, one Silver, three Bronze, four Honorable Mentions and two Finalists. This box is the top of that podium.
Honorable Mentions and Finalists are recognitions from the judging panel, not medals. Five of the eleven placements are medals.

Yes. The Podium is built to be forgiving. A basic drip machine and the "Medium" grind option will get you a genuinely great cup. No scale, no gooseneck kettle, no homework.
