Sweet Street
Medium-dark roast washed coffee from Central America with a caramel-like sweetness and cocoa depth.
Sweet Street is our customer-favorite medium-dark roast coffee from Central America, expertly crafted to walk the line between a classic medium roast and a deeper dark roast profile.
We roast Sweet Street slightly darker than our other single-origin offerings to caramelize the coffee's natural sugars while preserving the bright, nuanced characteristics that make specialty coffee exceptional. This careful roasting approach develops rich notes of cocoa, sweet caramel, and deep molasses, with subtle hints of fruit character that add complexity to every cup.
Sweet Street works beautifully as a pour-over, drip coffee, or French press, and makes an excellent choice for those who appreciate a fuller-bodied cup without the heavy roast flavor of traditional dark roasts.

Proof you can check.
We buy direct from people we know. Carolina's family grows our Colombia Mina Rica in Antioquia and delivers it to the roastery themselves. Every bag we ship has the roast date printed on it, so you never have to guess how old your coffee is.
