Thaddeus is built to be forgiving. Drip machine, pour over, french press, espresso, it lands smooth in all of them. Pick your grind above and we'll grind it for your setup, or go whole bean and grind at home.

Sweet, balanced and welcoming, our signature espresso blend is delicious as both espresso and drip coffee.
Thaddeus is our signature espresso blend, crafted to be balanced, welcoming, and endlessly drinkable. Composed of washed Central and South American coffees, it's also versatile and easy to work with day after day.
The balanced flavor profile makes it perfect for espresso drinks like lattes and cappuccinos, where it pairs beautifully with milk while maintaining its sweet, chocolatey character. For those who prefer drip coffee with milder acidity, Thaddeus has your back—it makes an excellent pour-over or drip coffee.
Our suggested espresso brewing parameters are 17-19 grams of coffee, 35-42 grams of espresso produced in an extraction time of 28-33 seconds. These parameters produce balanced shots with sweet, chocolatey notes and pleasant fruit character. The blend's versatility means you can dial it in for your specific espresso setup or adjust your brew method for drip coffee without sacrificing quality or flavor.
